Terms and Conditions - A & A Agency Ltd t/a  the C.V. Centre

1. C.V.s are only produced on a pre-paid basis.

2. The C.V. pack price assumes that the C.V. will be three pages long with a cover page. If the C.V. is longer than that there is an extra charge  per page

3. The time scale for producing a C.V. is as agreed between The C.V.Centre and the Customer on ordering the C.V.  Our usual time scale for producing a C.V. is one working week in order to allow adequate time for production and particularly proof reading however C.V.'s can be organised on an emergency basis within 24 hours depending on our work load.  There are extra charges for bringing the production date forward.

4. Customers are requested to check their proof copy thoroughly particularly as regards items that are only known to themselves i.e. locations, dates, names, addresses and phone numbers.  If they notice errors in the final version, then they are responsible for extra payment for changes and re-printing..

5. The C. V. is retained on disk for future printing and updating. There is a minimum charge for re-prints of £3.00 plus printing charges.  Updates and changes are chargeable.

6. Customers’ property -  i.e. certificates, records of achievement - is left with us at their own risk. 

7. C.V’s can be emailed to customers or on their behalf  but are supplied in PDF format only.  We do not provide Word or text copies.
    

While every attempt is made to complete work efficiently and accurately we shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from failure by us to carry out work correctly.  In no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
